Leftover 4 Miler is a one-day running event held on May 9, 2026, at Casino Beach in Pensacola Beach, Florida. The event is organized, managed, and timed by RunPensacola. All participant items such as T-shirts, medals, and awards are redistributed from past races; what each participant receives is assigned at random.

Race day activity takes place at Crabs at the Casino Beach parking lot and the event includes a post race party at Crabs.
