Lebanon Shamrock Shuffle
The Lebanon Shamrock Shuffle is an annual community running event presented by Lebanon Recreation, Arts, and Parks. The event features a USATF certified, relatively flat 5K course that runs along residential streets and the Mascoma River and uses chip timing with an official course map NH15004TY. It also includes a separate 1 mile fun run and a virtual 5K option for participants who run offsite and submit results.
The race serves as a benefit for park development and enhancements, special projects, and adult and youth programs. Event capacity is limited to 1200 runners. Long sleeve cotton T-shirts are offered; unisex and women’s sizes are available and women’s sizes run a little small. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who complete early registration by March 8; registration fees increase beginning March 9.
Packet pickup for bibs and shirts is held at the Upper Valley Senior Center the evening before the event and on race morning. Parking is available behind City Hall and in designated on-street spaces. Walkers and participants using strollers are permitted but are asked to start toward the back of the field. Volunteer opportunities are available through the recreation department.
