Event details

The Shamrock Shuffle is the 25th annual community running event in Lebanon, New Hampshire. It includes a 5K road race and a 1 Mile Fun Run and serves as a benefit for park development and enhancements, special projects, and adult and youth programs. The event is capped at 1,200 participants. The start and finish are at Colburn Park, 51 N. Park Street, Lebanon. The 5K course is relatively flat, runs along residential roads and the Mascoma River, and is USATF certified as NH15004TY. The race is officially timed using chip timing.

Registration and logistics

Early registration for the in-person 5K and virtual 5K includes a long sleeve cotton shirt when completed by the early-registration deadline. Early-registration fees listed for the 5K are: Adults (18+) $30, Youth (13-17) $25, Youth (12 and under) $20; race-week pricing increases each category by $5. The 1 Mile Fun Run is free; shirts for fun-run participants can be purchased with early registration. Packet pickup and bib distribution occur at the Upper Valley Senior Center (10 Campbell Street) on the Friday before the event and on race morning; participants must collect their bib before the event. Parking is available behind City Hall and in designated on-street spaces. A virtual 5K option allows participants to run a measured 5K on or before the event date and submit results for inclusion in virtual results. Volunteers are requested for event support.
