Last Dot Standing and 24/48 Hour by Ten Junk Miles
This multi-day event in Belleville, WI takes place at Belleville Community Park from September 18 to September 20, 2026. It includes a Last Dot Standing format, two 24 hour races, a 48 hour race, and additional 8 hour events.
Last Dot Standing alternates between Belleville Community Park and Dot's Tavern. Runners complete a 4.2 mile leg each hour, first to Dot's Tavern then back to Belleville, with the race restarting every hour on the hour from each location. The alternating 4.2 mile legs continue until only one runner remains.
The weekend also features two separate 24 hour races and a 48 hour race that use the same course, and two 8 hour options described as day and night events. Runners in timed races can pursue distance goals and finishers receive awards for milestone distances.
Prizes for the Last Dot Standing event include a base prize of the greater of $500 or 50% of the pot for the overall last person standing, and a base prize of the greater of $250 or 25% of the pot for the last woman and the last man. The pot is 25% of all registration fees; the organizer provides an illustrative example of how the pot would be divided if a given number of entrants register.
Finishers who reach mileage milestones receive buckles for:
- 50 miles
- 100 miles
- 150 miles
- 200 miles
