Event details
The Fleet Feet New Year's Day Dash takes place on January 1, 2026 in Middleton, WI. The 21st annual event moves to Bob Suter's Legacy20 Arena at 2616 N Pleasant View Rd. The program offers two course options:
- 5-mile chip-timed run
- 2-mile walk
Registration fees listed are $40 for the 5-mile run and $35 for the 2-mile walk; prices increase after December 30, 2025.
What registration includes
Registered participants receive a knit winter hat and a finisher medal. The event provides indoor space for pre- and post-race shelter, an exclusive New Year's Day Dash pint glass, and professional timing provided by Race Day Events. Free digital race photos are offered by Focal Flame Photography. Participant tracking is available through RaceJoy. Alcohol and age notes: one complimentary beer is provided per participant aged 21 and over; non-alcoholic options are available for younger participants.
Post-race activities
