Event information
The Larking Gowen Norwich Half Marathon takes place on 23 November 2025 at the Norfolk Showground. The race is organised by Good Running Events. The course starts and finishes within the Norfolk Showground and follows closed roads through the countryside in the Heart of Norfolk. The event is chip timed and has a cutoff of 3.5 hours. The minimum age for the half marathon is 17.

All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Trophies are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers and to the first male and first female in each age category. The course will be marshalled and clearly signposted. Pets, wheelchairs and prams are not permitted on the course. At least four water stations will be available on the route. Medical teams will be on site; runners are advised to stop and seek help if they experience pain, dizziness or other symptoms. In-ear headphones are prohibited; bone-conducting headphones are permitted only if marshal instructions remain audible. Runners must write their name, any medical condition, and an emergency contact name and number on the reverse of their race number. Entries are non-refundable and the transfer window is closed. Ample parking is available at the Norfolk Showground. Photos and video will be taken on the day. Fees listed for entry include affiliated and unaffiliated options.
