Lanesville Heritage Weekend Road Race
The event takes place at Lanesville High School in Lanesville, Indiana, with courses that travel into the surrounding countryside. The weekend program includes three events held on the same day and organized by Lanesville Boys' Basketball.
The courses for the longer events start at the high school and pass several farms and rolling hills in southern Indiana. The 2-mile kids run uses an out-and-back layout on the Lanesville High School track, with both start and finish on the track. Timed results are provided for each kid runner.
Awards are given to the top two finishers in each age group for men and women in the 8-mile run. The kids run also awards the top two finishers for boys and girls. In addition, gift card door prizes will be drawn after the races; winners must be present to win.
Registration opens August 11, 2026 and closes September 3, 2026. Posted registration fees are $45.00 for the 8-mile run, $35.00 for the 5-mile walk/run, and $25.00 for the 2-mile kids run.
