The 29th Annual Santa Sprint & Stroll 5k takes place on December 20, 2025, in Louisville, KY. The in-person location is Hogan's Fountain, Scenic Loop in Cherokee Park. The event benefits United Crescent Hill Ministries and is part of the River City Races Run the 502 series. The Run the 502 series offers a finisher medal with charms for participants who complete six races on the calendar.

The event includes a scenic course in Cherokee Park, a long-sleeve cotton blend shirt with youth sizing, and a finisher medal. Refreshments are served after the race. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in five-year age categories. Photos with Santa are offered at the event. Virtual participants may complete the race at their own location, submit results between December 18 and December 21, and download a finisher certificate on December 22.
