Louisville SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run : December 12, 2026
The event in Louisville offers three distance options: a 5K, 10K, and 15K on a course that passes Waterfront Park, Historic Main Street, Louisville Slugger Field, and the Yum Center. The finish area and post race party are located at Waterfront Park and include music, vendors, a finisher's mug with chocolate fondue, dippables, and hot chocolate.
Race entries include a swag kit with an exclusive full zip jacket and a finisher's medal. Free high resolution race photos and official race times are emailed to participants. Live runner tracking will be available the week of the event.
An Expo and packet pick up take place at Louisville Slugger Field the day before the race; the expo is free and open to the public. Participants who choose packet mailing can request it before the stated mailing deadline; there is no race day packet pick up.
A Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade offers access to a dedicated Cocoa Club area, premium Ghirardelli hot cocoa, a shopping bag with take home cocoa, a store credit, preferred corral placement, and an upgraded onsite experience that may include a hot breakfast item, heaters, and dedicated restrooms.
Overall awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance, and age group awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers across multiple age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
