Lady of the Lake - Blairsville

Lady of the Lake takes place on November 14, 2026, at Vogel State Park in Blairsville, Georgia. The event is the 8th annual running of timed loop races held on a roughly 1 mile trail loop around Lake Trahlyta at the base of Coosa and Blood mountains. Participants may run in either an 8 hour or 4 hour division and complete as many laps as they choose within their time limit.

The trail is described as gently rolling and runnable, composed of hard pack pea gravel, some single track, and a very short paved section. The start/finish area hosts an aid station offering bananas, oranges, cookies, chips, candy, PB&J, grilled cheese and more, plus water, Gatorade, and Coke. This is a cupless event; participants are asked to carry their own water bottle or hydration pack.

Race entry includes a jacket and a finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three men and top three women in both the 4 hour and 8 hour divisions based on the most complete laps; partial laps do not count. Proceeds will benefit Vogel State Park.

Additional notes from the organizer: a raffle will select ten runners (five men and five women) to represent Revolution Running for 2027; eligibility requires registration and participation in the 4 hour or 8 hour race. The shirt deadline is October 14. Refunds are 100% until three months before the race, after which no refunds are offered.
