Lady of the Lake
Lady of the Lake is the 8th annual 4 hour and 8 hour timed race held Saturday, Nov 14, 2026 at Vogel State Park in Blairsville, GA. The event uses a one mile trail loop around Lake Trahlyta at the base of Coosa and Blood mountains. Runners may complete as many laps as they wish within their chosen time limit.
The trail is described as gently rolling and runnable, with hard pack pea gravel, some single track, and a very short paved section. The event is cupless; participants should carry their own water bottle or hydration pack. An aid station at the start and finish provides water, Gatorade, Coke, and typical aid station foods including bananas, oranges, cookies, chips, candy, PB and J, and grilled cheese.
Race entry includes a jacket and a finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three men and top three women who complete the most complete laps in each of the 4 hour and 8 hour divisions; partial laps do not count. A raffle at the event will award ten spots to represent the Revolution Running team for the 2027 racing year; entrants must register and participate in either the 4 hour or 8 hour race to be eligible. Proceeds benefit Vogel State Park.
Registration closes Wed, Nov 11 at 11:59 PM ET. The shirt deadline is Oct 14. A full refund is available until three months before the race; after that there are no refunds.
