About the race
Lace ’Em & Race ’Em is a five-race running series held on the same fast, scenic course in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The series uses a consistent course so participants can measure changes in endurance and speed across multiple races. The event location is 661 County Rd F E, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127, USA.

- 7K
All participants receive medals at every race. The series awards a cash grand prize to the male and the female athlete with the most improved time across the series; to qualify, an athlete must complete at least three of the five races, including the finale. Individual winners at each race receive prizes, a program feature noted as new for 2026. Kids under 18 may run free when accompanied by a registered adult. Event-day offerings include music, post-race snacks, and a high-energy atmosphere. Shirts and Rocket Racing BOCO hats are available for purchase.
Ticket options include preorder single-race tickets available until the day before a race and race day registration for single races. Preorder examples show a 5K at $45 and a 7K at $50 plus service fees; race day examples show a 5K at $50 and a 7K at $55, and t-shirts are not included with those single-race tickets.
