Lace 'Em & Race 'Em series - Vadnais Heights (Sep 13, 2026)
The Lace 'Em & Race 'Em series is a set of five races held on the same fast, scenic course in Vadnais Heights. Each race uses the same course so participants can compare times across the season and track changes in endurance and speed.

Medals are awarded to all participants at every race. Individual race winners receive prizes, and a cash grand prize is awarded to one male and one female athlete who show the largest improvement in time across the series. To qualify for the most improved prize, a runner must complete at least three of the five races, including the finale.
Children under 18 may run free when accompanied by a registered adult. The event includes music and post-race snacks, and shirts plus Rocket Racing BOCO hats are available for purchase. Race day registration is offered as a ticket option for a single race; that registration does not include a shirt. Listed prices for race day registration are $50.00 for the 5K and $55.00 for the 7K, with additional ticket service fees noted separately.
