Osseo Lions Roar 5K

The Osseo Lions Roar 5K is a community running and walking event scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026, in Osseo, Minnesota. The event is open to participants of all ages and abilities. All proceeds from the race benefit the Osseo Senior High cross country team.

The course begins at the Osseo Senior High track, located at 317 2nd Ave. NW. From the start, the route leads participants through the residential areas of Osseo before reaching the finish line on Central Avenue. The race is chip-timed, and participants can find their results posted online following the conclusion of the event.

Registration is available online until the day before the race, with in-person registration offered on the morning of the event. Participants who register online before September 1st are guaranteed a transition shirt. Medals and prizes are awarded at the finish line to the top male and female finishers across several age categories, ranging from 10 and under to 60 and over.
