Labor Day Half Marathon - Long Beach

Labor Day 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon : Long Beach, September 7, 2026
This event takes place in Long Beach on the beach path in Belmont Shores near 54th Place and Ocean Boulevard. Multiple race distances are offered on measured loops and out and back courses along the Long Beach path.
The available distances are:
- 5k - out and back route
- 10k - two 5k loops
- 15k - three 5k loops
- Half marathon - three 4.36 mile loops
Registration includes a custom finisher medal for every finisher, a drawstring goodie bag, free event photos and free videos. Race results and participant times are posted after the event, typically within 12 to 24 hours. The course has numerous restrooms and water fountains along the route. Running or walking with a stroller is allowed. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit; an early start may be arranged through the event organizer if additional time is needed.
Group discounts are available for groups of five or more by contacting the organizer. Pacers and crew are welcome. The organizer states there are no refunds and no bandits. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
