Anaheim Turkey Trot 5K/10K
The Anaheim Turkey Trot takes place on November 22, 2026, on the paved Santa Ana River Trail near 2610 E. Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA. The course runs between Angel Stadium and the Honda Center and offers views of the stadium along the route. The event is organized by Caren Ware Events.

Each registrant receives a collectible turkey shirt, a beanie or a stuffed event turkey, and a custom cast turkey finisher medal or a choice of race beanie. Chip timing is provided with age division awards scored in five-year spans. A fresh slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream is provided at the finish. There is music, an along-the-fence event expo, Thanksgiving decorations, and photo opportunities.
Course notes: both the 5K and 10K and the 1-mile fun run use out-and-back routes on a multi-use trail shared with cyclists, walkers, and dog walkers. The start will be off Katella. Participants are asked to follow public path rules and allow space for others.
Practical information: designated event parking is available in the Angel Stadium back lot with a race day fee; limited additional parking is at Transit Center Lot B. Public restrooms are at the Transit Center and porta-potties are located near the start/finish and the 1-mile mark. Street tacos and tamales are offered at the finish; finisher medals are handed out immediately at the finish in limited quantities. The event takes place rain or shine.
