LA Classic Turkey Trot
The LA Classic Turkey Trot is an annual running event held in Los Angeles, California. This third edition of the race takes place within the grounds of Griffith Park. The event features a start and finish line located at the Shane's Inspiration area, providing a route through the natural surroundings of one of the city's largest parks.
Participants have the option to choose from three different race distances:
- 15K
- 5 Miles
- 5K
The 5K course is open to both runners and walkers. While some participants use the event to aim for personal records, others participate for recreation. Costumes are encouraged for all participants as a way to mark the Thanksgiving holiday.
