Knob Noster Fair 5K
The Knob Noster Fair 5K is a community running event held in downtown Knob Noster, Missouri. The event starts at the intersection of the 4-way stop on McPhearson St, near the fair mainstage. This competition is part of the local fair festivities, which for the 2026 edition follows the theme "Get Your Kicks in 2026."
The event includes several distances and participation options for different age groups:
- 5 km (available as an in-person or virtual race for ages 5-102)
- 1/2 mile (youth race for ages 5-16)
- 100 yard dash (youth race for ages 5-16)
Registration categories are split between youth and adult participants. For the 5 km distance, participants have the option to register for a package that includes an event shirt or a discounted option without a shirt. The youth-only events, including the 1/2 mile and 100 yard dash, are free for participants aged 5 to 16 and do not include a shirt. These shorter youth races are organized into specific age divisions.
