Shamrock Run 5K/10K in Warrensburg, Missouri
The Shamrock Run 5K/10K takes place on March 20, 2027, at Warrensburg High School, 1411 S Ridgeview Dr. The start and finish are located south of the high school near the agriculture building; a large blue archway marks the course entrance.
Both distances begin together. The 10K continues onto an additional out-and-back section after the shared 5K portion of the course.
Registration opens August 1, 2026 and closes March 20, 2027. Registration fees listed are $35.00 for the 5K and $40.00 for the 10K.
Every participant who crosses the finish line receives a finisher medal. Custom Shamrock Run beanies are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in each distance, and to the Best Dressed participant. Runners and spectators vote for the Best Dressed participant after the race.
The event is presented with a St. Patrick’s Day theme and includes a Best Dressed contest for costumes and festive attire. Course layout and awards are specified for both distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
