About the race
Knights IceBreaker 5k in Canandaigua, New York, is the Canandaigua Knights Youth Hockey Organization’s third annual IceBreaker and first 5K Fun Run & Walk. The race starts and finishes at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center and covers about 3.1 miles, winding from the GCCC through Outhouse Park, to Baker Park, and back. It welcomes runners, walkers, hockey fans, and families of all ages and abilities.
Prizes are awarded in age groups, and all participants receive Knights merchandise, a race bib, snacks, and more. Festivities after the run include open skating, bounce houses, street hockey challenges, live music, and guest hockey appearances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
