Killin 10K & 5K - Killin, Perthshire

Killin 10K & 5K takes place on Saturday 22 August 2026 in Killin, Perthshire. The event includes a 10K, a 5K and a short fun run for children. The location is noted for waterfalls, Loch Tay and extensive views.

The 10K route is mainly tarmac with 9.7 km on road and 0.3 km on grass or compacted path. The 5K route includes about 4 km on tarmac and 1 km on grass or compacted path; road running shoes are recommended. The route is fully marked with large yellow signs and staffed by marshals and medical personnel. Water stations are provided: three on the 10K and one on the 5K.

Entry fees are published for each distance. All finishers receive a medal. The 10K and 5K use electronic chip timing; race numbers and timing chips are posted out before the event when possible or collected on the day for late registrations. Medical provision is available across the route and First Aid is based at Breadalbane Park.

Prizes are planned across four gender categories with additional age and local categories, subject to minimum entry numbers. Facilities include free car parking, toilets, changing rooms, showers, baggage drop, onsite catering and free access to event photos. Deferral, transfer and refund rules apply and include deadlines and a 10% admin fee for refunds. Dogs are not permitted to participate with runners.
