Killin 10K & 5K
Killin 10K & 5K is a road running event in Killin, Perthshire on Saturday 28 August 2027. Distances offered include:

The course passes waterfalls and offers views of Loch Tay. The 10K route is 9.7 km on tarmac and 0.3 km on grass or compacted path; the 5K route is 4 km on tarmac and 1 km on grass or compacted path. The organisers recommend road running shoes. The route is fully marked with large yellow signs and staffed by marshals and medical personnel.
Timing for the 10K and 5K is by electronic chip timing; race numbers and timing chips are posted to participants about two weeks before the event, or collected on the day if registered later. Water is provided on course and at the finish (10K: three stops at 2.75 km, 5.75 km and 8.85 km; 5K: one stop at 2.4 km). There is no set cut-off time; participants may be withdrawn only if health or safety is compromised.
Entry fees are: 10K £28, 5K £19, Fun Run £7. All finishers receive a medal. Other included services: medical provision, electronic timing, finish water, free access to event photos, parking close to the start and finish. Facilities at Breadalbane Park and McLaren Hall include toilets, changing rooms, showers, baggage drop and first aid. Event t-shirts are available to purchase for £15.
Four gender categories are used for awards: male, female, non-binary and other. Podium prizes for the top three in each gender category require a minimum of five participants in that category; some age-group and special category prizes have minimum entry requirements. Teams of six (three men and three women) compete for the Fingal’s Shield. Dogs are not permitted to participate with runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
