Killin 10K & 5K
Killin 10K & 5K is a road running event in Killin, Perthshire held on 28 August 2027. The event features multiple race options, inclusive entry categories, and on-course support.
- 10K: 9.7 km on tarmac, 0.3 km on grass or compacted path; entry £28
- 5K: 4 km on tarmac, 1 km on grass or compacted path; entry £19
- Fun Run (1K): aimed at children aged 5 to 12; entry £7
Entries include electronic chip timing for the 10K and 5K, a medal for all finishers, water at the finish, medical provision across the route, and race hydration supplied by Active Root. The 10K has three water stations at roughly 2.75 km, 5.75 km and 8.85 km; the 5K has one at about 2.4 km. Routes are fully marked with large yellow signs and marshals and medical staff are positioned at key locations.
Age limits are 15+ for the 10K, 12+ for the 5K, and 5–12 for the fun run (children under 5 may run with adult supervision). Prizes are planned for top finishers across four gender categories and various age categories, subject to minimum entry numbers. Facilities include free car parking, toilets, changing rooms, showers, baggage drop and catering in McLaren Hall.
