Event Overview
The KID-FIT Family Fun Run is a multi-distance event held at Legg Lake within the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area in South El Monte. The event features a variety of participation options for different age groups and abilities, centered around Parking Lot D.

Participation and Awards
The event is designed for all ages, with the 5K open to runners from youth up to 100 years old. Students from the surrounding area are eligible for scholarships awarded within the youth age groups.
