The Key West Triathlon takes place on December 14, 2025, at Higgs Beach in Key West, Florida (1000 Atlantic Blvd). The event is presented by Integrity Multisport. Friends, family and music are part of the finish-line area. The race site is on the southernmost island of the United States.

- Long Sprint Triathlon: S 0.4 miles, B 12 miles, R 4 miles
- Short Sprint / Mini Triathlon: S 0.2 miles, B 7 miles, R 2 miles
- Duathlon: R 0.55 miles, B 12 miles, R 4 miles
- Aquabike: S 0.4 miles, B 12 miles

Listed entry fees for 2025 are: International Triathlon $209; Duathlon $179; Aquabike $179; Long Sprint Triathlon $179; Mini Triathlon $159. Fees increase after November 14, 2025.
