The 28th Annual Key West Half Marathon & Runfest takes place on January 17-18, 2026 in Key West, Florida. The event includes in-person and virtual options. An event management fee of $9.00 applies.
Races and distances
The weekend features multiple timed events and specialty races, including:
- Half marathon
- 10K
- 8K
- 5K
- Papa’s Pilar Rum Stroll
- Key West Beach N' Beer Mile
Two multi-race challenges are offered: the Big Pecker Challenge combines the half marathon, 10K and 5K with a special Big Pecker medal and multiple medals; the Lil’ Pecker Challenge combines the 5K, 8K and 10K and includes multiple medals and a Lil’ Pecker hat.

The venue address is 231 Margaret Street, Key West, FL 33040. All participants receive a race shirt, finisher medal, race bag, food and drinks.
