- 10K Run
- 5K PoweRun
- 10K PoweRun
- 1 Mile Run/Walk
- Kids Fun Run Around the Pond
All courses start and end in Anson B. Nixon Park. The 5K and 10K courses combine hills and flat sections, with about 70% on Kennett Square main streets and 30% on park trails and access roads; the 10K is two laps of the 5K. The 1-mile course is flat for the first half then has a couple of moderate hills. The kids course is flat around the park ponds. PoweRunners perform bench presses or pull-ups before their run; each lift reduces the adjusted finish time by 30 seconds for the 5K and by 1 minute for the 10K. Packet pickup is available the day before at the Kennett YMCA and on race day at the park. Limited parking is available at the park; shuttle buses run from Kennett High School and other nearby parking areas. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
