Event overview
Keel Farms Christmas Wine Run 5k takes place at Keel and Curley Winery in Plant City, FL on Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14, 2025. The event runs over two days and offers both a 5k and a 1.5 mile option on each day. Participants may run one day or both days; those who run both days receive a 30% discount for the second day and special combined results are posted for the 10k for double-day participants. The race is chip timed by J3 Timing and results are posted online.
Course and logistics
The course starts and finishes at the winery and is a scenic two-loop tour of the farm. The route includes grass, dirt, gravel and paved sections, with several turns through blueberry fields and other farm areas. The course can be muddy and is not promoted as a personal-record course. Packet pickup is available the Friday before the event at the winery and on race mornings; the parking lot is at a nearby GPS location with about a 200 meter walk to the winery. Registration includes a T-shirt, a collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, results posted online, and a wine pour (participants under 21 are not served wine).
