Kachess Ridge 50
Kachess Ridge 50 is a point to point trail event near Cle Elum, Washington. The race offers the following distances:

Shuttles transport participants to the starting area at Kachess Lake. The route climbs from forest into alpine meadows and follows Kachess Ridge with long exposed ridgeline sections and wide views. An early sustained climb gains more than 1,300 feet before the grade eases toward the Hard Cheese Aid Station at about 7.5 miles.
The 50K continues along the ridge while the 50M includes an additional figure eight loop in the French Cabin Creek area for extra elevation and distance. After rejoining, the course climbs to the Thorp Mountain Lookout at 5,853 feet, where runners collect a token, then follows roughly five miles of rolling ridge to No Name Ridge Aid Station.
Runners descend into the Cooper River drainage, pass Cooper Aid Station, run along Cooper Lake and the Cooper River, and follow an old forest road toward the Cle Elum River confluence before the final miles to the finish at Salmon La Sac. The event notes remote sections with aid station gaps that can reach up to 12 miles, so participants should be prepared to carry water and supplies.
