Ultra Fest - Easton, WA

Ultra Fest is a series of fast and flat ultramarathon distances held in Easton, Washington, with event dates listed for September 19-20, 2026. The event uses the Easton Fire Station as the start and finish location and runs largely on the Foothills Trail, a smooth gravel route along Lake Easton and the Yakima River through forests of the central Cascades.

The course passes through the Whittier Tunnel near mile 8 and reaches Keechelus Lake near mile 10, where runners follow almost six miles of lakeside trail with views of the Cascade Mountains. Hyak aid station sits shortly after mile 17 and serves as a staffed support point on the out-and-back sections. The 50k finishes back in Easton; longer distances include additional out-and-back laps, with the 100 mile runners running an extra loop to Hyak.

On-site logistics include parking at the Easton Fire Station and crew access. Packet pick-up and day-of registration are available; there is no advanced packet pick-up. Drop bag access is permitted for specified aid stations on the 100M, 100k, and 50M; there are no drop bags for the 50k or 25k. Runners receive a custom tech tee, a medal for the 50k or a buckle for 50M/100k/100M, a fabric drop bag, and complimentary downloadable race photos.
