Ultra Fest takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Easton, Washington. The start and finish are at the Easton Fire Station, 180 Cabin Creek Road, Easton, WA 98925. The course uses the Foothills Trail, a gravel route that runs alongside rivers, forests, and mountain backdrops. The event offers the following distances:

  • 50K
  • 25K

Awards are specified for several distances: a buckle is awarded for the 100M, 100K, and 50 Miler, and the 50K receives a medal. Finish-line cut-offs apply for each distance.

Logistics and policies

On-site parking is available at the start/finish. Organizers note there are no buses and that packet pick-up and day-of registration are available only at Easton; advanced packet pick-up is not offered. Drop bags are allowed at specified aid stations as follows: Hyak, Easton, and Cle Elum for the 100M and 100K; Hyak and Easton for the 50 Miler. No drop bags are allowed for the 50K or 25K. The runner manual will be updated in 2026; the 2025 manual is listed as a reference. Registration closes on Thu, Sep 17 at 11:59 PM PT. All registrations are final; refunds and deferrals are not offered. Distance upgrades or drop-downs can be made in UltraSignup up to two weeks before the race, with upgrades requiring payment of the difference.
