Ultra Fest - Easton, WA

Ultra Fest is an ultramarathon event organized by Run Super Series in Easton, Washington, held in the Central Cascades on September 19–20. The event lists five distance options and provides on-site parking at the Easton Fire Station located at 180 Cabin Creek Road.

Organizer materials describe the course as flat and fast. Packet pick-up and day-of registration are available at the start and finish in Easton; advanced packet pick-up is not offered. Drop bags are allowed for specific distances and aid station locations as noted by the organizer: the 100 mile and 100k courses include Hyak, Easton, and Cle Elum; the 50 mile course includes Hyak and Easton. No drop bags are permitted for the 50k or 25k distances.

A runner manual will be updated for 2026; the 2025 manual is available for reference and the organizer does not expect many changes. Registration closes on September 17 at 11:59 PM PT. All registrations are final; the event does not offer refunds or deferrals. Distance upgrades and drop-downs can be made via UltraSignup up to two weeks before the race, with upgrades requiring payment of the fee difference and drop-downs issuing no refund.
