Event Overview

The Ultra Fest is an ultra-running event that takes place in Easton, Washington. It was formerly known as the Cascade Super Ultra. The event is part of the Run Super Series. All races start and finish at the Easton Fire Station.

Race Distances

The event offers the following distances:

  • 100 miles
  • 100 kilometers
  • 50 miles
  • 50 kilometers
  • 25 kilometers

Finishers in the 100-mile, 100k, and 50-mile distances receive a belt buckle. Finishers in the 50k and 25k distances receive a medal. The 2026 event is scheduled for September 19-20.

Course Description

The course uses the Foothills Trail, a smooth gravel route in the Central Cascades. The route heads west from Easton, passing Lake Easton and the Yakima River. Runners go through the Whittier Tunnel around mile 8 and then run along the shore of Keechelus Lake for nearly 6 miles. All runners will utilize an out-and-back course structure, with longer distances completing multiple out-and-back sections.

Event Logistics

Parking is available on-site at the Easton Fire Station. Crew access is allowed. Drop bags are permitted for participants in the 100-mile, 100k, and 50-mile distances at specified aid stations. Aid stations are provided. The event is USATF sanctioned. A detailed runner and crew manual is available with all logistical information.
