Just Us Girls 5K
Just Us Girls presents the 32nd annual 5K event on October 3, 2026, at the Manasquan Elks, 17 Stockton Lake Blvd, Manasquan, NJ 08736. The event is a breast cancer fundraiser organized by a 501(c)(3) that serves people in Monmouth and Ocean counties; all profits are returned to the community through individual financial awards and annual scholarships.
The program includes multiple 5K categories: a runner division, a walker division, and a Mother-Daughter category. Mother and daughter teams must register individually and finish together. Trophies are awarded to the first three female finishers in each category. Men are welcome to participate.
Entry fee information: pre-registration fee is $35 and the race-day fee is $40. The entry fee includes a long sleeve shirt; shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by October 1, 2026. Registration opens June 1, 2026, and closes October 1, 2026.
Registration and shirt pick up are scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2026, 5-8 PM at the Manasquan Elks. A free post-race buffet and celebration will be held at the Manasquan Elks following the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
