The Josh Sprinkle & Cheryl Phillips Memorial Run is a community road event held at Fort Walton Beach High School, located at 400 Hollywood Blvd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. The event is presented as an annual memorial 5K with additional race options and youth distances.

- Kid's fun runs: 1/4 mile (ages 1-4), 1/2 mile (ages 5-7), 1 mile (ages 8-11)
Registration categories include standard 5K entries, a no-shirt price option, and a separate fee for the kids fun run. Early registration and race day pricing differ; discounts are offered for a local club membership and for preregistered students. T-shirts are guaranteed only to the first 200 preregistered entrants and early registration improves the chance of receiving the correct size.
Pre-race refreshments such as donuts, bagels and fruit are available. The schedule includes door prizes that require presence to win and additional prize drawings that do not require presence. A post race picnic is provided. Awards are presented overall for male and female open, masters and grandmasters divisions for runners and walkers, and age-group awards are given three deep across stated age brackets.
