About the race
Peachtree City Elementary School hosts the Jingle Bell Trail event on December 5, 2026, marking its 30th annual running of the race. The event offers two distances:
- 5K
- 1 Mile
Online registration is handled through Active.com. Fees are listed as $20 through November 1 and $25 from November 1 through race day, plus the Active.com registration fee. Registration is available up to the race start; shirt size is not guaranteed for late registrants.
Packet pickup takes place in the school gym the Friday before the race and on race morning. Packets include a long-sleeved 100% cotton T-shirt, bib number, pins, and bells for shoes. Race numbers are distributed with race bags.
The course runs partly on roadways and partly on paved golf cart paths and includes some hills near the end. Participants may walk; a sag wagon will follow behind those who need assistance. Strollers are permitted but are asked to remain behind faster runners.
Parking is available across the street at a nearby church and at Riley Field beside the school; golf cart parking is on the grassy area beside the school. A shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes from Peachtree City Christian Church at 500 Kedron Drive on race day. The event lists multiple community sponsors and partner organizations.
