Event details
The event takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, at 125 E. Broadway St. It includes these distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 5 Mile
- Kids 1 mile fun run
All finishers of the kids run, 5K and 5 Mile will receive a custom finisher medal. Proceeds from the event will go to the local Toys for Tots program. An optional custom hooded sweatshirt is available for purchase until 11/14/25. The organizers report they bought $4,000 worth of toys last year and have a fundraising goal of $4,500 this year. There is a donation option where a $50 donation yields a $10 discount on the entry during checkout.
Logistics
Registration is online only via RunSignup; there will be no on-site or race day registration. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at the Runners Athletic store in Mt. Pleasant (4459 E. Blue Grass Rd). The 5K course uses city sidewalks and streets; the 5 Mile route follows the 5K course and continues into city parks for a short section. Dogs are permitted if kept on a 6' leash. Bottled water will be available at the finish; there are no fluid stations on the course. Live results will be available online. Overall male and female finishers receive a gift card to Runners Athletics. Parking is available on nearby streets and the parking lot behind the start location.
