Jarrow 10K and Junior Race : Monkton Stadium, Jarrow
The Jarrow 10K and Junior Race take place on Sunday 18 October 2026 at Monkton Stadium in Hebburn, Jarrow. The event is organised by RunThrough in partnership with Jarrow and Hebburn Athletics Club and forms part of the Top Flight Race Series.
The main event is a fully measured, flat 10 kilometre course run over two laps on road-closed streets. The route starts and finishes on Monkton Athletics Track and uses wide tarmac sections; each kilometre is marked with distance flags. Marshals are positioned along the course to guide and support runners.

- RunThrough Foundation Place (no fundraising required)
- 10K A race (sub 40 minutes)
- 10K B race (40 minutes plus)
- Junior race
Chip timing is provided and all finishers receive a themed medal. Category prizes recognise top performances. The event includes free race photos and post-race goodies.
