Event Overview
The Shamrock Shuffle is a 5k run and walk event held in downtown Jackson, Michigan. The event includes a free kids run. It is the fourth annual edition organized by the Jackson YMCA, with proceeds benefiting the organization's FOR ALL program, which funds community programs such as swim lessons, after-school programs, and chronic disease prevention initiatives.

Race Details
The course takes participants through downtown Jackson. Some local businesses along the route offer specials for race participants. The event will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation, with live and posted results available online.
Awards are given in multiple categories. For both the 5k Run and 5k Walk, overall, masters (40+), and senior masters (60+) winners for men and women are recognized. Age group awards are given to the top three places for men and women in both events, with detailed age brackets provided.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available the day before the race at the Jackson YMCA on West Wesley Street. On race day, packet pickup begins at the start location in downtown Jackson at the intersection of South Jackson Street and West Michigan Avenue.
