Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run : May 21 to May 24, 2026
The Lynette Tenaglia Memorial Run is a multi day timed running event held at McCourtie Park in Somerset Township, Cement City, MI, from May 21 through May 24, 2026. One hundred percent of proceeds benefit Lynette’s Love Foundation.
The event uses a 6.5 mile loop with varied terrain: approximately 45% asphalt, 45% gravel, and 10% grass, with minimal elevation change. A main aid station is located at the start and finish area. Live participant tracking is provided. Camping options include car camping on site and nearby campgrounds; participants may set up personal tents for rest.
Timed formats allow participants to record the maximum distance covered within chosen durations while running, walking, or hiking. Packet pickup is available two hours before each race. All participants receive a medal; solo competitors who complete 100 miles or more receive a buckle. Only first place finishers receive a handmade award. There are no refunds. Participants caught littering will be given an automatic DNF. Special needs participants are welcomed at no charge.
