The Iron Knee and Tender Knee are exciting point-to-point trail races taking place in North Vancouver, starting from Cleveland Park and Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, respectively, and finishing at Deep Cove. Participants will navigate scenic trails, including the challenging Powerline Climb, and enjoy post-race treats. The Iron Knee covers a distance of 25 km, while the Tender Knee spans 12 km.
A shuttle service is available for racers on event day, and various aid stations will provide refreshments along the route. All finishers receive a medal, and awards are given to the top three participants in each category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
