Iron Knee/Tender Knee : Trail Whisperer
Iron Knee and Tender Knee are point-to-point trail races that start from Cleveland Park or the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve in North Vancouver and finish on the shores of Deep Cove. The routes include well-known local trails such as the Powerline Climb and sections near Quarry Rock and Panorama Creek that are steep and technical.
Course updates for 2026 note a detour around the Baden-Powell stairs to Lynn Valley Road, routing participants through a subdivision to the top of Rice Lake Road. Both courses otherwise follow the Baden-Powell trail to the Quarry Rock area before joining trails that lead into Deep Cove.
