Course Information
The Iron Knee and Tender Knee are point-to-point races starting from Cleveland Park or the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve in North Vancouver and finishing on the shores of Deep Cove.
There are two distances:
- Iron Knee: 25 km.
- Tender Knee: 12 km.
A shuttle bus is available on race day to transport participants from the finish line in Deep Cove to their respective start areas. Registration for the shuttle is required. Dry bags with a change of clothes may be dropped off at the start lines and will be transported to the finish.
Aid Stations
There are five aid stations in total: four on the Iron Knee course and two on the Tender Knee course. They provide water, electrolyte drink, gels, chips, blocks or chews, cookies, and other treats. First Aid supplies are available at every aid station.
All Trail Whisperer Race Series events are cup-free. Participants must pack their own container for fluids at aid stations and the finish line.
Practical Information
Race package pickup is on race day at the start location 30 minutes before the race start, or on the Friday before at the North Vancouver Running Room. Everyone must check in for safety 45 minutes before race start, even with a pre-picked-up bib.
Finisher medals are given at the finish line. Awards are presented to the top three in each gender category for each event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
