VFAC Summerfast 10 km 2026 : Second Beach, Vancouver
The Summerfast event features a 10 km course along the Stanley Park Seawall. The route is described as scenic, flat, and fast. The start is located on the seawall path near the Second Beach concession, west of Stanley Park Drive. The course crosses Stanley Park Drive, swings around the south side of Lost Lagoon, passes beneath West Georgia Street, does a short loop in Coal Harbour, then follows the Seawall toward Lions Gate Bridge in a counter clockwise direction. The finish line is at Ceperley Field, close to the start.
Registration is capped at 850 participants. Pricing follows multiple registration tiers and includes mandatory charges. Race package pick up is scheduled Thursday July 2 and Friday July 3 at Forerunners Main St. Out of town participants may pick up packages race morning at the Ceperley Picnic Area during the listed window. Race weekend registration is available at package pick up and on race morning if space permits.
Limited quantity Brooks T shirts are available for purchase until May 1. The event also runs a Run Team Challenge sponsored by Freehouse Collective with points based on finishers and additional points for the fastest teams and prizes for the winning crew.
