Buckin' Hell
Buckin' Hell takes place at Mount Seymour Resort in North Vancouver on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The event offers multiple mountain trail options that start and finish at Enquist Lodge near the summit of Mount Seymour.
Courses traverse old growth forest remnants, modern bike trails, woodworked sections and technical underfoot terrain. Named trails on the routes include Baden Powell, Mystery Lake, Severed, Brockton Lookout and Old Buck. Elevation figures are published for each distance: the 35 km course shows about +2000 m / -2000 m, while the 50 km course shows about +2600 m / -2600 m.

The 50 km relay is split into roughly two 25 km legs with different ascent and descent profiles. Aid stations are placed along the courses and provide water, sports drink, Näak gel, food items and simple snacks. The event is cup free so runners must carry their own cup. Trekking poles are allowed from the start. Package pickup, bag check and drop bag procedures are provided at the event. Free parking is available in the Mt Seymour parking lots.
A non competitive kids race of about 1 km is offered free, typically for ages 3 to 10. All finishers receive a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener with horns. The event acknowledges the ancestral and unceded territories of the səl̓ilwətaɁɬ, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm and S’ólh Nations.
