Inside Out Club Fall Family 5K
Inside Out Club Fall Family 5K is a community run/walk held at Danada Forest Preserve (3S580 Naperville Road, Wheaton, IL) on September 26, 2027. The event supports Inside Out Club programs that teach empathy, social confidence, and life skills for youth and teens.
Race options include:
- 5K run/walk
- Kids fun run - 50-yard dash
Children ages 4 and up may register; babies and toddlers may join free in strollers. Race shirts are only guaranteed for participants who register by September 13. Packet pick-up is scheduled the day before at Naperville Running Company in Downtown Naperville.
Scoring uses cross-country scoring. Awards are given to the top team, the team with the most spirit, overall male and female finishers, and first place in each age-group division. Multiple Random Acts of Kindness prizes are distributed before and after the event. Age-group divisions include 7 and under, 8-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
Danada Forest Preserve offers ample parking on both sides of Naperville Road; participants are generally directed to the west lot unless staff indicate otherwise. The event is held rain or shine and the organizer’s policy states no refunds for any reason. Sponsor opportunities are available, with levels listed between $500 and $2,500.
