Inside Out Club Fall Family 5K
The Inside Out Club Fall Family 5K is a community 5K run/walk held on September 27, 2026 at Danada Forest Preserve, 3S580 Naperville Road, Wheaton, IL. The event is presented by Inside Out Club DuPage and is organized as a family-friendly outing that includes a short kids fun run after the main event.
Participants may register individually or as part of a team; teams must have four or more members for team scoring. Team scoring counts the top four individual scores in gender/age divisions, with the lowest team score winning. Awards are given for first place teams, team spirit, overall male and female finishers, and first place in each age group division. Multiple Random Acts of Kindness prizes are distributed before and after the race.
Children ages 4 and older are eligible to register; babies and toddlers may participate free of charge and may ride in strollers. A kids packet item is offered for early registrants who register by August 31. Race shirts are only guaranteed for registrations completed by September 13.
Packet pick-up is scheduled the day before at Naperville Running Company in downtown Naperville. The preserve offers ample parking; participants are asked to use the west lot unless volunteers direct otherwise. The event is held rain or shine and organizers state that no refunds will be issued for any reason. Sponsorship opportunities are available with listed levels.
