INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester X BRYSK 5k run
The INNSiDE Road Runners series returns to INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester in partnership with Brysk. This is a free, social, beginner-friendly guided 5 km group run that starts and finishes at INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester, 1 First Street, Manchester M15 4RP.
Runs are led by a Brysk personal trainer. Runners may drop coats and bags at the hotel on arrival and should meet outside the hotel reception area before the run. Sessions typically last about one hour and take place in person.
