Pre-event packet pickup is held at Granada Cyclery in Saint Peters, MO; athletes must show photo ID and may not pick up another person’s packet unless part of a relay. Each packet includes a wristband for transition access, bike and helmet stickers, a run bib, and a timing chip that must be worn on the left ankle. Race management enforces cutoffs and may remove athletes who cannot meet discipline limits.
The race is USAT sanctioned; athletes must be annual members or purchase a one-day pass. On-course support includes a mechanic in transition and a SAG vehicle. Finishers receive a shirt, swim cap, and medal; there are awards, race photos, and a post-race area with food, vendors, music, and onsite vendors such as a coffee truck and shaved-ice service. Relay teams of two or three may split legs and hand off the timing chip in transition. There is no inclement-weather makeup date and entry fees are non-refundable.
