NHS Jingle Jog 5K Run/Walk - 11th Annual
The eleventh annual NHS Jingle Jog is a holiday-themed running and walking event presented by New Haven High School National Honor Society. It is scheduled for December 12, 2026, at New Haven Senior High School, 100 Park Drive, New Haven, Missouri. Proceeds will support the Special Olympics Hermann Area track meet.
The event includes these distances:
- 5K Timed run/walk, 3.1 miles, course in City Park and on the streets of New Haven
- 1-Mile Walk
Registration is offered in two periods: Sep 23–Nov 23 at $20 plus processing (shown total $23.15) and Nov 24–Dec 11 at $25 plus processing (shown total $28.45). A long sleeve 50/50 cotton T-shirt is guaranteed for entrants registered by November 24; limited sizes are available for later registrations. Post-event refreshments include Christmas cookies and hot cocoa.
Awards recognize overall top male and female finishers and the top three male and female finishers in each age division: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. Additional prizes are planned for Ugliest Christmas Sweater, Most Festive Holiday Attire, and Best Group/Couple Attire.
The event may be canceled for lightning, thunderstorms, or severe winter weather. No refunds will be given. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
