The race is professionally timed and scored by J3 Timing, with results posted online. Registration items listed include a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a chip-timed race bib, a homemade cider donut, and a pour of cider. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but not the cider glass or cider pour. Packet pickup is available on race day only. Only service dogs are allowed on course. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate free and do not need to register.
Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category. Awards are available for pickup on race day only. The event lists Nik's Wish as the charity partner.
