West Hill Turkey Trot

The First Annual West Hill Turkey Trot takes place on 11/26/2026 in Schenectady, New York. The start and finish are located on Terrace Rd by the Activity Field. The course is a two lap loop with 165 feet of climbing per lap, totaling 330 feet. The route includes a climb up Terrace Road and a gradual descent on the back side of the loop.

Event options include a 5K run and a 1.5 mile walk. Strollers are welcome and dogs are not permitted. The event will proceed rain or shine. West Hill residents may register free with a coupon code published in the West Wind. Non residents pay $15 plus platform processing fees. Awards are planned for the top three overall and for winners in each age group of the 5K.
