Event Overview
The IHR Ice Cream Run is a community event held at Iroquois Park in Louisville, Kentucky. Hosted by the Iroquois Hill Runners, this event features two distinct distances for participants to choose from:

The 5 km route follows a rolling course around the base of Iroquois Park. The path is designed to showcase the natural scenery of the area while remaining separated from motor vehicle traffic. Both the start and finish lines are located near the Iroquois Amphitheater.
Practical Information
Participants can collect their race packets on-site at the event location. Race day registration is also available for those who have not signed up in advance. The area around the amphitheater and the nearby playground offers parking spaces for attendees, though parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
Following the run, the organizers provide ice cream to all participants as a social activity. Bottled water is also available at the finish line for hydration.
