Heatwave Half Marathon - Louisville
The Heatwave Half Marathon - Louisville takes place at Riverview Park in Louisville, Kentucky. This summer event offers a variety of distances to accommodate different participants, including options for individual runners and teams. The courses are designed through local parks to minimize the impact on the surrounding community.
Participants can choose from several event categories:

Registration for timed events includes chip-timing with live results and eligibility for age group awards. These awards are provided for the top three male and female finishers in various brackets, ranging from 10 and under to 80 and over, as well as overall and masters categories.
The event includes amenities for participants such as a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and free photos. A refreshment station featuring ice cream is available at the finish line. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual race option allows participants to complete their chosen distance at any location and have their packets mailed to them. Packet pickup is available on-site on the morning of the races.
