Course and logistics
The routes run on the Shropshire Hills and The Long Mynd and include National Trust land, with start and finish at Carding Mill Valley near the National Trust tea rooms. The course is fully marked; participants are asked to carry a map, a rucksack, at least 500 ml of water and a basic first aid kit. Entry price includes a medal and access to aid stations on the course. Parking is available in the valley for approximately £5 per car.
