The ICCS Fest and Panther Run takes place on January 25, 2026 in Lake Charles, Louisiana at 1536 Ryan Street (ZIP 70601). The event includes three distances:
- 10K
- 5K
- 1 Mile Color Run
Proceeds benefit the faculty, staff, and children of ICCS. Registration prices listed in the event information are: 10K $60 (higher on race day), 5K $40 (higher on race day), and 1-Mile Color Run $30 (higher on race day). Long sleeve performance shirts and a festival wristband are included for registered participants; specific shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed by January 11, 2026. Packet pick-up is scheduled on January 23 at the ICCS main lobby and on January 25 at the ICCS cafeteria entrance.
Routes, services and logistics
The 5K and 10K start on Wilson Street and run toward Shell Beach Drive as an out-and-back course. The 5K turns around at about 1.56 miles; the 10K turns around at about 3.1 miles with a segment that goes onto Marine Street and Sallier. The 1-mile Color Run follows a short loop on local streets and finishes at the main start line. Water stations are provided at the stated turnaround points. Awards are given for overall male and female and 1st and 2nd in age groups for the 5K and 10K. Parking is available at Lock Park and the ICCS Ryan Street lot; parking on Wilson Avenue, Park Avenue, and Shell Beach Drive is not permitted.
