Hyrox Simulation Dundee : Functional Fitness Dundee
Hyrox Simulation Dundee takes place on 12 Sep 2026 at Functional Fitness Dundee in Dundee. This is the sixth edition of the simulation held at the venue. Everyone who crosses the finish line will receive an FFD Hyrox finishers patch.
The event offers full Hyrox and half Hyrox formats with categories for individuals and doubles. Participants can choose open or pro categories. The half Hyrox format uses half the run and exercise distances of a full Hyrox while retaining the full weights.
Spaces are limited to 100 entrants and ticket sales close on 6 Sep 2026. Entry prices are listed as follows: Hyrox Full Individual £30, Hyrox Full Doubles £45 (£22.50 per person), Hyrox Half Individual £20, Hyrox Half Doubles £30 (£15 per person). Functional Fitness recurring monthly members receive a 50% entry discount. FFD Hyrox T-shirts are available for £20 with ticket purchase or £25 on the day.
The simulation is non competitive and will not be officially timed by organisers; participants are encouraged to record their own times. Hyrox helpers will be present at stations to offer guidance on form and encouragement but will not strictly enforce movement rules; participants remain responsible for knowing and following the rule book and movement standards. The event is for adults aged 16 and over and includes a spacious viewing gallery for family and friends. The organiser runs Hyrox workouts at the venue daily and plans an in house Hyrox workshop ahead of the season. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
