Hustle For Habitat : Pelican Rapids, MN
The Hustle For Habitat takes place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Dunvilla Trap Range, 21863 MN-34, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572. This is the third annual event organized by the Pelican River chapter of Pheasants Forever. Proceeds will be donated to local habitat conservation projects, including the Conservation Education program.

The Rooster Run 5K is chip-timed and follows a grassy trail through farmland, along a river and past pollinator fields; part of the 2026 route includes a section on a gravel road. All 5K finishers receive a medal. Awards will be given to overall winners and to the top three men and women in specified age categories. 5K entrants registered before July 16, 2026, will receive a race t-shirt.
The 1 Mile Strut is a fun run/walk on a grassy trail around the pollinator garden and field; it is not timed and finishers receive a participation award. The combo entry includes both events at a reduced rate. Virtual options allow participants to run at their chosen location and submit timing results online.
Packet pickup is available on race day and same-day registration is offered. Merchandise for sale includes a t-shirt ($19) and Rooster Run socks ($13).
