About the race
Humanity Direct Tring Ultra is a one-day endurance event based at Tring Cricket Club in Hertfordshire, near London. Distances available: 50 km ultra, 27 km half ultra, and 10 km. Elevation gain: 135–597 m.
The route showcases the Chilterns, including Ashridge Forest, the Grand Union Canal, and Wendover Woods, on National Trails and footpaths; fully recce’d and clearly marked with checkpoints and medical cover. Included are transport to/from Tring station, free parking, a finishers medal, toilets and showers, and free en-route photos. A key feature: entrants can run for free by fundraising for Humanity Direct, with 100% of donations going to children's surgeries.
