Event Overview
The Bradenham Blast is a trail running event with a 10km distance. It takes place through the Chiltern countryside and Bradenham Estate.
Course Details
The route includes 4 climbs and a final 3km downhill section. It passes through tranquil beech woodland, rugged trails, and field margins. The location is a nature reserve. The event is described as hilly. An aid station is located approximately 4.9km into the course.
Location & Access
The event is based at Manor Farm in Bradenham, High Wycombe. The closest train station is Saunderton, a 25-minute walk from the venue. A bus stop (served by routes X30 and 130) is located outside the venue at 'The Red Lion PH'.
Event Features
Participants receive a finisher medal. Free professional photography is provided. The route is fully marked and medically supported. It is a TRA-permitted event.
Participant Information
Registration is required on the day to collect race bibs. Participants must be over 16 years old on race day. Dogs are not allowed in the 10km race but are welcome on leashes in the start/finish area.

- 1st-3rd Men Team prizes are available for clubs, with the first four runners scoring for each gender. There are also spot prizes for the best finish line celebration.
