Bradenham Blast

The Bradenham Blast is a trail running event held at Manor Farm on the Bradenham Estate in the Chiltern Hills near High Wycombe. The course runs through a nature reserve with beech woodland, wide field margins and views across the Chiltern countryside. The event includes measured and timed routes, professional photography and a finisher medal.

  • 10 km trail route around the Bradenham Estate
  • 5 km trail route

The 10 km route includes four climbs, a sweeping final 3 km that is mainly downhill and an elevation gain of about 251 m. The course is fully marked and has one aid station located at approximately 4.9 km. Medical cover is provided and the event is permitted by the Trail Running Association. Participants must be over 16 years on the day.

Prizes are awarded for the first three men and women and there are separate team prizes with the first four team runners scoring for each gender. Dogs are not allowed to take part in the race; dogs on a leash are permitted in the start and finish area. Headphones are allowed provided runners can hear marshal instructions. The event has review ratings of 4.9 out of 5 on RaceCheck and Lets Do This for the 2025 edition. Entry terms note that refunds and deferrals are not offered.
