Howie Levy 5K Run/Walk
The event is a community 5K Run/Walk held at Eisenhower Park - Field 2, Parking Lot 2 in East Meadow, NY 11554. Registration is not yet open and a notification option is offered for when registration opens.
The course is described as flat and fast within Eisenhower Park and is USATF certified. On-site amenities include event swag distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, on-site bib pick-up, water and refreshments after the race, finisher medals, and raffles. Virtual bibs are shipped, with a shipping window that ranges from one week prior to the event to one week after the event. Personalized race numbers are available to registrants who register at least three weeks in advance.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Live results are provided online and via email or text, and free video plus same-day finish line photos are available. Additional race photos and event media are published by event organizers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
